Against the backdrop of joblessness that is at the core of poverty in our country, the government made the creation of 6 –10 million jobs its centerpiece program in its Overall Development Plan.  Providing decent and productive employment for every Filipino worker is a means of alleviating poverty.  A shift from blue-collar, get your hands muddy menial labor to world class, economy-transforming, globally competitive skills development has been in the forefront of its thrust. 

With this government program in mind, we envisioned to organize an institution that can serve as a vehicle in providing the needed decent and productive employment for our kababayan.  Our humble way of saying that we are the government’s partner in its mandate to deliver new jobs to our people through an industry and market-driven, competency-based TVET Programs.   

As such, in February 2007, BRAINS & TOOLS, INC. was organized and is now ready to share the government’s vision and mission to facilitate job-ready TVET graduates for employment in jobs created by industry here and abroad as well as to deliver jobs to graduates of community-based TVET programs through entrepreneurship.
